About the role
As the Senior Medical Educator – Head of Training FSP, you will lead and mentor a team of medical educators, manage the delivery of registrar training and education within the Fellowship Support Program (FSP), and contribute to strategic program development. Reporting to the FSP Director of Training, this role works closely with internal stakeholders, supervisors, and training sites to ensure high-quality training and assessment standards.
As our Senior Medical Educator – Head of Training FSP, you'll also:

  • Lead a dynamic team of educators and oversee their performance and development
  • Oversee registrar progress, education delivery, case management, and support pathways
  • Champion supervisor training, accreditation, and site support
  • Support workforce capacity, cultural safety education, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • RACGP Fellowship (or equivalent)
  • Senior medical educator experience with demonstrated leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of GP training pathways and standards
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
