As the Head of Data & Analytics, you'll lead a high-performing team in transforming data capabilities to enable smarter decision-making, uncover insights, and drive commercial outcomes on a global scale.

You will have clear view on the development of this role, what is next the next path within the business for you, while reporting directly to c-suite leaders, playing a key role in aligning technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data and analytics professionals to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Execute the enterprise Data Strategy and ensure alignment across IT, transformation, and business teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering strategic guidance on data initiatives and technology delivery.
• Provide thought leadership in data architecture, governance, and analytics platform capabilities.
• Champion the adoption of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to solve business challenges.
• Build capabilities that drive insights into customer behaviour and cost optimisation.
• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the data and analytics function.
• Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Sponsor and deliver key data projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timing, and cost.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 12+ years experience in data analytics or business intelligence remits
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the same managing teams of 5-15
• Proven experience developing & implementing data strategies and leading analytics functions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data privacy & quality regulations and frameworks.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to turn insights into actionable value
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Industry experience in consumer goods or B2B environments
• Added advantage if you have led a Snowflake/Azure implementation from POC to implementation
