As they expand, they are looking for a strategic, people-driven Regional Operations Director to lead and elevate the operations across [ANZ Region].

Your Impact as Regional Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operational and strategic direction of the clinics across the region. You’ll be responsible for driving strong performance—measured through EBITDA, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement—while ensuring each clinic operates with excellence and embodies the company Spirit.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Strategic Leadership
- Lead the execution of the regional build strategy in collaboration with clinic leaders.
- Monitor and improve performance KPIs (EBITDA, engagement, satisfaction, safety) with targeted action plans.
- Oversee regional budget planning and financial oversight alongside Clinic Managers and the CFO.
- Drive continuous improvement, business development, and cost efficiency across all sites.
Project & Risk Management:
- Lead operational projects such as system rollouts and workflow optimisations.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges while proactively managing risk.
People & Culture:
- Foster a values-driven, positive workplace across all clinics, aligned with the business spirit.
- Coach Clinic Managers and their teams in leadership, team development, and decision-making.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and talent development.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies; manage disciplinary matters as needed.
HR & Organisational Development
- Maintain and utilise the HR system for effective workforce management.
- Implement global HR programs and initiatives locally.
- Champion CSR and ESG efforts to strengthen regional sustainability and social responsibility.
Marketing & Communication
- Develop and execute local marketing and branding strategies in partnership with the global marketing team and clinics.
Clinic Integration & Cross-Team Synergy
- Guide the successful integration of newly acquired clinics with the M&A team.
- Provide functional leadership to the Clinic Manager community to unify and professionalise operations.
- Collaborate with the local CMO on procurement and client satisfaction efforts.
About You You’re a strong, empathetic leader with a strategic mindset and operational excellence at your core. You thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments and know how to balance structure with flexibility. You’re passionate about performance—but even more so about creating great places to work.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a regional or multi-site operational leadership role (ideally in healthcare, clinical services, manufacturing, or veterinary settings).
- Strong financial and P&L acumen.
- Demonstrated success in project management, business development, and leading change.
- Experience in people leadership, HR compliance, and talent development.
- Strategic thinking with excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.
