A growing Residential Builder in Brisbane with decades of experience in the industry amongst their staff. Their core business is Custom Homes, providing a tailored and professional service for each of their clients, whilst delivering exceptional quality in their builds. As well as this, they build modular housing which is a growing area of their business. Culture is paramount for this company, they are a small team of about 20 and most staff have been with the business for over 7 years. Senior management have history of working for large volume builders, and with that they bring the balance of hard work & enjoyment in the work place.

Your New Role
The company has two divisions, custom housing up to $3m and modular housing in the range of $400k - $800k. Our client is looking for a Revit Drafter to join the drafting team. This would suit someone from a volume builder background, who is keen to get some experience on custom projects. As their core business is custom homes, there is sure to be more variety in the work you do - and an opportunity to get involved in design & concept with their clients. You'll report into the drafting manager, and join a solid team in their office.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Revit Drafting experience
• Ideally 2+ years experience, but juniors also encouraged to apply
• Good work ethic, positive attitude & keenness to grow and develop with a company long term
• Working for a volume builder as past experience desirable
