With continued growth and a solid pipeline of work (averaging 4–7 homes per month), the business is now ready to bring their Drafting function in-house for the first time—creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Draftsperson to join the team.

About the Role
This is a newly created position and offers a genuine chance to shape how the drafting process is handled within the company. You'll be the go-to drafting expert, and the software (either Revit or ArchiCAD) will be implemented based on your recommendation and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new master floor plans and facades in line with brand standards
• Create and maintain master plans and documentation
• Produce accurate working drawings and construction-ready documentation
• Support with sales estimating OR reviewing tenders OR contracts as needed
• Occasionally work on custom home designs
• Ideal candidate will have experience or interest in 3D modelling/visualisation

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience as a Draftsperson within residential construction, new home builds essential
• Proficiency in either Revit or ArchiCAD
• Ability to produce full documentation sets independently
• Knowledge of building codes and estate convenance
• Willingness to contribute across other business functions (e.g. sales estimating, contracts)
• Collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a growing, supportive team
• 3D modelling skills are highly desirable
