Junior Site Supervisor – Custom Homes (Ideal for Carpenter Ready to Step Up)

Location: Greater Sydney (Wilton to Sutherland and surrounds)

We are a custom home building company delivering high-quality homes valued between $600K–$3M. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a licensed or recently qualified carpenter looking to step off the tools and into a broader role that includes site supervision, client and trade coordination, and hands-on general carpentry.

For the right candidate, we’re also open to funding builder’s license training to support your long-term growth in the business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supervising and coordinating activity across residential job sites

Carrying out hands-on general carpentry and labouring tasks

Booking and managing trades and supplier schedules

Liaising professionally with clients, trades, and suppliers

Maintaining project timelines, quality control, and safety standards

Using email and digital tools to manage workflow and updates

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed or trade-qualified carpenter

Strong practical carpentry skills

Proficient with computers and email

Great communication and people skills

Organised, reliable, and eager to learn

Keen to build a long-term career in construction management
