6-Month Contract Contact Centre Customer Service Role
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality customer service? Hays are currently working with a well-known insurance provider who are looking for their next Customer Services Specialise to join their team in West Perth.
Your new role
As the Customer Services Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for members, third parties and service providers on claims and enquiries via multiple channels. You'll provide general advice and invoicing support in a professional and customer-focused manner. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Provide high-quality customer service via calls and emails.
- Resolve queries efficiently, ensuring first call resolution.
- Provide empathy to members in difficult and vulnerable situations
- Ensuring that processes and admin tasks are adhered to.
- Participate in training and continuously improve industry knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent customer service skills will lead you to your success, in addition to;
- Strong computer skills.
- Prior experience in Invoicing.
- Excellent communication skills and pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Ability to display empathy and resilience during difficult conversations
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Experience with dispute resolution will be adventageous, but not essential.
