Customer Service Representative - Gosford NSW
Contract Role | Government Client | $36.11/hr + Super

We are currently recruiting two experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a busy State Government contact centre in Gosford. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team environment where delivering exceptional service is at the heart of what you do.

About the Role:
As a first point of contact, you will handle a range of customer enquiries via phone and email. Your ability to communicate clearly, provide accurate information, and manage each interaction with care and professionalism will be key to your success.

Role Details:

Location: Gosford, NSW

Contract Duration: From early May 2025 to November 2025

Hours: 35 hours per week, rotating roster between 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $36.11 per hour + superannuation

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in customer service (call centre, retail, or similar)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Full-time availability to complete a 12-week training program onsite in Gosford

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to enquiries from customers via phone and email

Delivering accurate, timely information and guidance

Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions
