My client is a large, and well know national brand with offices nationally. They are currently going through an exciting transformation and evolution phase and this role will play a key part in the process.

Description

Reporting to the State Head of Finance the key deliverables of the role are;

• Assist the Finance Manager to support performance reporting and strong commercial decision making
• Review and analyse site financial P&L performance with specific focus on labour and transport costs
• Ensure timely reporting of KPI's, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Ensuring accuracy and validity of financial metrics & KPIs reported by operational teams
• Embed a level of continuous improvement in the financial processes and reporting to drive greater visibility and clarity of site and transport performance
• Assist with the annual and periodic financial planning cycle for the site (timely and accurate planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Ad-hoc analysis and/or modelling to support decision making by Site Leadership teams

Profile

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Analyst, also capable of Finance Business Partnering and liaising with all levels of the relevant departments. You will have a curious mindset and feel confident in recommending improvements around efficiencies and processes. You must also have expert Excel skills, with SAP experience being desirable but not essential.
