Acu-Tech is a leading manufacturer of polyethylene pipe and products servicing the mining, civil, construction and agricultural industries. We are seeking for a Chartered Accountant / Business Analyst to join our team at our Head Office in Maddington.

This role is ideal for a candidate with an Accountancy Firm background, looking to further their Accounting career.

What you’ll deliver:

Financial Accounting:

• Prepare and maintain statutory and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.

Business Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse data.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

To be successful in the role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, and audit.
• Minimum of three years' experience working as an auditor is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
