The Role:

As a Client Service Officer, you will play an essential role in the implementation of client strategies, ensuring all processes align with financial goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing financial strategies from SoA and RoA documents

Assisting with the fee consent process and client communications

Providing exceptional service and maintaining accurate client records

Assisting with client requests and producing basic ROA documents

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

2+ years of experience in a similar role within a financial planning practice

A strong understanding of Xplan functionality

A sound knowledge of financial planning compliance requirements

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities

An interest in working as part of a supportive team to drive efficiency and success
