Mobilisation Administrator
Roster: Monday to Friday - full time position
Location: Based in our Port Hedland office (not FIFO)
Employment Type: Permanent

About the role
We are currently seeking a driven and energetic Mobilisation Administrator, to join our fast-growing Port Hedland team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and keen eye for detail, they will be highly motivated with demonstrated experience getting workforces ready for upcoming jobs.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Collaborating with operations to ensure job-ready workforces meet compliance standards
  • Ensuring smooth transitions and efficient operations in executing our Project and Shutdown works
  • Managing qualifications, inductions, and training coordination
  • Maintaining internal and external systems
  • Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires
  • Providing regular updates on mobilization progress
  • Following up on candidate’s progress via phone, text or email
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of mobilisation for both current and new employees.

Skills & experience

  • Must be a resident of Port Hedland (not FIFO)
  • Previous experience with ERMS, SAP and Workflow (desirable)
  • Previous experience in similar roles (desirable)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Professional communication and written skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive with a strong initiative
  • Positive attitude with a “no job is too big or small” mindset
