With a strong reputation in the industry, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Identify new business opportunities, including B2B (dealerships, rentals) and B2C (private buyers).
Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee the sales pipeline, CRM management, and reporting (e.g., monthly/quarterly sales performance).
Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
Maintain deep knowledge of RV products (e.g., motorhomes, caravans, campervans), financing options, and after-sales services.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote the brand.
Core Competencies & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the RV industry.
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
