About the Role
We’re seeking a smart, capable Inside Sales Person to manage a portfolio of regular B2B clients and convert selected high-potential new enquiries into long-term relationships.
This is a role for someone who loves building client trust, navigating complex projects with precision, and seeing things through from first brief to final delivery. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly, expectations are clearly managed, and outcomes are delivered reliably.
You won’t be left guessing — you’ll be fully supported by experienced colleagues in production, pre-press, and technical quoting. You’ll also have clear systems and defined processes to help you stay on top of your portfolio and opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Own a named portfolio of regular clients, ensuring consistent, repeatable value and exceptional service.
Grow revenue within existing accounts through proactive relationship management and opportunity spotting.
Convert selected one-off inbound enquiries into long-term clients through insight, responsiveness, and trust-building.
Understand client needs deeply, using clear briefing, scoping, and quoting practices.
Manage quoting for standard jobs, referring technical or complex projects to the internal specialist team.
Guide clients through project timelines, approvals, and expectations.
Champion the client internally, ensuring jobs are accurately set up before handover to production.
Keep your CRM current and your pipeline visible, so the team always knows what’s happening.
