As we continue to grow, we're in search of a Sales Manager for NSW to join our dedicated team.

Looking to setup a new HUB in New South Wales which will cover few different operational aspects;
- Distribution Centre
- Retail Showroom
- Fitment Centre
- Warehousing
- Dealer events center (New Product launches, Product Sales & Fitment Training)

With the above new facility comes a very exciting new role, the ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and loyalty to the HAMER4X4 brand. The expectation is to win more market share and brand awareness in New South Wales. Retail sales channel will be the core and will be complemented with selected wholesale partners such as traditional 4x4 shops and car dealerships. There will be a requirement for feedback to continually improve our products and services with as ultimate goal set new standards and being the best in our respective industry. The responsibility of this role is to be in charge of the Overall New South Wales Sales as well as the operational side of the new DC and its new staff coming along as new positions become available. There is a requirement as well to heavily promote the HAMER4X4 brand and put it on the map as a predominant brand and market leader. The online branding aspect is handled by our Marketing Manager which the NSW Sales Manager will work closely with and together elaborate new online plans and strategies for its respective market.

Who are we currently looking for?

• Successful previous experience as a branch / sales manager with a minimum of 5 years experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• BS/MS degree in business or equivalent experiences
• Motivated and driven to achieve results with culture of accountability
• A passion for sales and building relationships
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and solution driven
• High Work Ethic and no 9-5 mentality
• Strong community relations and industry contacts
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Capacity to develop and maintain varied operational plans
• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate sales opportunities that drive growth
• A team first mindset; recognising that the company’s success depends on effective teamwork
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
