This opportunity is focused on the retail property part of the business and also crosses into the commercial property business. This role works closely with the site based operations teams as well as head office senior leaders.

Role
This is a business critical role reporting into the General Manager - Retail Investment and Asset Management. The key focus areas are -
Prepare and coordinate all reporting relating to properties including annual P&L and capital budgets, NOI and capital expenditure quarterly reforecasting, property forecasting models, financial asset plans and investment summaries and strategic Asset Plans
Budget, forecast and manage external and internal fees (such as leasing, project management, etc.)
Preparation and provision, with the Commercial Finance Manager, property related statistics and other related information
Undertake leasing deal analysis including NPV analysis, cashflow forecasting, IRR calculation, variance and sensitivity / scenario analysis and valuation impact analysis.
Work closely with and provide high quality analytical support to investment/asset managers, property managers and technical services managers
Provide analytical support to the Development and Delivery team with regard to pre-commitment deal analysis, assisting with feasibility preparation and maintenance
Background
Business Degree qualified
1 to 3 years experience as a Graduate Analyst, Property Analyst or similar role would be ideal
Ideally retail property of some sort of property industry background
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
Someone who is keen to work fast paced environment and a hands on role
