We work closely with real estate agents, architects, developers, and other industry professionals to deliver premium marketing solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take charge of our sales strategy, driving new business, nurturing key relationships, and helping us achieve ambitious growth goals.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

Join the Leadership Team and report directly to the General Manager

Lead new business acquisition and client retention across metropolitan Adelaide.

Build long term relationships with real estate agencies, builders, architects and property developers

Design and run a predictable, high performance sales engine

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities

Deliver presentations, close deals, and support client onboarding

Work closely with the GM, Marketing Manager, and Operations team to align strategy

Ensure systems, processes, and technology (e.g. CRM) support visibility and conversion tracking

Integrate sales efforts with marketing campaigns and inbound lead strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of exceeding targets

Background in selling services, ideally within real estate, creative, or marketing industries

Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high performing sales strategy

Confident presenting, pitching, and closing high value clients

Strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills

Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)

A proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for building relationships

Valid driver's license and permanent working rights in Australia
Note: Some evening or weekend work may be required from time to time.
