The Role

We are seeking a predominantly office based Full Time Property Manager to work in a team focused environment.

Flexible working hours are available.

A company vehicle can form part of the package if required

Bonus paid for new managements

Monthly KPI bonus scheme

Inspections (routine's and PCR's) conducted by internal experienced property manager

The Agency

We are an established agency that has been a part of the Harcourts Group for 20 years. We have a strong focus in property management with good systems and procedures and we have an excellent team culture .

We have two modern, spacious and well equiped offices both centrally located in Cannington and Bull Creek.

There is a wealth of knowledge within the agency that provides ongoing support.

Harcourts is a Registered Training Organisation which conducts in house training including CPD training on a regular basis free of charge.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in residential property management.

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

A good understanding of relevant property management legislation and regulations

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

Minimum Requirements

Current Property Management Registration

Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

3 years Property Management experience

Current WA Drivers Licence

CPD training up to date
