You will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance by developing and managing assortment plans, optimising inventory, and driving sales and across all channels. What you’ll be doing?

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for allocating merchandise to our stores, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Your key responsibilities will include:

Executing the allocation process in our internal Harmony System on plans created by the Merchandiser

Monitoring and managing model stock levels across all stores and all categories

Managing replenishment lines at a size and style level

Coordinating stock consolidations between stores

Acting as the key liaison with our 3pl warehouse for outbound logistics

Supporting the internal warehouse team with local for the week

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Monitor and analyse current performance, recommending re-plans to optimise future sales and profit performance.

Prepare and present post-seasonal analysis, identifying successes and opportunities for future planning.

Manage store gridding for allocations, measuring sales performance, store capacity, and demographics.

Oversee stock allocations and replenishments to ensure timely and effective distribution.

Continuously enhance reporting, option/range planning, and allocation/replenishment processes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

3+ years of experience as an Allocator or Planning Assistant in a related field.

Previous experience in a retail or merchandise support role

Strong Excel and analytical skills

A high level of attention to detail and organisational ability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

A genuine passion for product and commercial insight

Experience in fashion or textiles is highly regarded.

Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business, Commerce, or Retail Management (preferred).

Strong planning and organisational skills with a high level of commercial acumen.

Results-focused with a proven ability to identify and maximise business opportunities.

Strong understanding of category and product-specific buying behaviours.
