The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a well maintained portfolio of high end residential properties. This is a full function position with end-to-end responsibility across all aspects of property management, including landlord and tenant liaison, financial oversight, maintenance coordination, inspections, leasing, and lease administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end property management of a premium residential portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance
• Conducting routine and final bond inspections
• Leasing and lease administration
• Managing property financials and compliance
• Ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered

About You:

• 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
• WA Real Estate Registration essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and managing high-end properties with care
