Key Responsibilities:

Install a range of residential HVAC systems, including split systems, ducted heating/cooling, multi-head units, and VRF systems.

Ensure all installations adhere to the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure efficient and timely job completion.

Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and resolve on-site challenges.

Mentor and lead teams of installers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Represent Green Source with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain accurate records of installations and job notes

Your Role:

As a Residential HVAC Installer at Green Source, you'll be responsible for the full installation of heating and cooling systems in homes. For the right candidate, this role can grow into a team leadership position, where you'll help oversee job quality, train junior staff, and manage on-site operations.

Must-Have Licenses/Certifications:

VBA Plumbing License (for ducted/multi-split systems)

Full refrigerant handling license (RAC01 ARCtick License)

Electrical REC (for electrical work)

Valid Driver's License
