This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a 100% installation-focused position — no service work 🔧 — and run your own small projects with full support from management.

The Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent role with a highly stable employer

Work across a variety of commercial sites – every day is different

Manage and complete your own installation jobs

No on-call roster – enjoy your evenings and weekends! 🎉

What You’ll Be Doing:

Full installation of commercial HVAC systems

Leading and managing your own small-scale projects

Mobile role covering Melbourne and surrounding areas 🛣️

Representing the business professionally with high-quality workmanship

Following all safety procedures and compliance standards 🦺

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial strongly preferred)

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Valid Working With Children Check, Working at Heights Certification & Construction White Card

Refrigerant Handling Licence & D Electrical Permit

Own basic hand tools (preferred)

Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (for specific client site access)
