About the role

Rivervale Physiotherapy in Rivervale, WA is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Physiotherapy practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, managing patient records and handling inquiries

Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and answering phone calls

Maintaining a clean and organised reception/clinic area

Providing general support to the medical team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

Proficient in using computer systems and office equipment, experience with PracSuite practice software preferred but not required.

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and remain comfortable and confident interacting with patients in a clinical environment.

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
