About the Role:

As a Painter Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:

Leading and supervising painting teams on-site

Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Coordinating with site supervisors and project managers

Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

Mentoring apprentices and less experienced painters

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience in commercial painting

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English

A valid White Card and driver's license

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
