About the role

SNP Painting and Decorating is seeking an experienced Painter/Brush Hand to join our growing team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As a full-time position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our diverse range of residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and priming surfaces for painting

Applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

Mixing and matching paint colours to client specifications

Assisting with the setup and maintenance of work areas and equipment

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Painter or Brush Hand, preferably in the residential or commercial painting industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Excellent brush and roller painting skills

Ability to work efficiently and safely, both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
