We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our paediatric practice. As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of our clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone, while efficiently handling inquiries.

Optimize patient satisfaction and provider time by managing appointments effectively.

Keep appointments on schedule, notify providers of patient arrivals, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in telephone etiquette, customer service, and time management.

Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a medical receptionist (This is a mandatory requirement)-

Strong Organizational skills and ability to multitask is essential

Experience working as medical receptionist in a paediatrics / Child clinic preferred

Familiarity with phone systems and Microsoft Office software; experience with Genie/Gentu preferred.

Onsite training will be provided for the right candidate.

Looking for Part -time : Multiple positions available

plus casual shifts through the week as the practice expands
