About the Role
Businesses which partner with Google come in all shapes and sizes, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. We have a number of dedicated teams specialising in each area of digital marketing.
As a Customer Solutions Advocate your focus will be ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, collecting customer payments and updating records meticulously to ensure historical accuracy of each customer's journey.
As customer queries come in, you will draw upon your empathy and quick action to ensure a prompt response and connect them with the right member of the team to solve their issues.
Understandably, customers miss due dates on invoices from time to time. Your adherence to our systematic follow up approach, coupled with your great communication skills will see customers update payment details for their service continuation.
When our thousands of clients are happy, so are we. Our Boost Customer Solutions (BCS) team are entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client focused. They are the personal face of Boost My Business, helping
entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their business.
Experience and Skillset Required:
Microsoft Office - strong proficiency in Excel and Word
Some experience in any CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot or other
Proficiency in Xero
2 years experience in payment collections
2 years experience in customer service or customer facing role
Qualities Required:
Strong work ethic
Capable and motivated to learn and adapt
Self motivated
Thriving in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
