The Impact You'll Make

As Account Executive, you'll drive growth across Australia and New Zealand, selling their CMMS/CAFM software solutions to organisations with significant physical assets that require efficient maintenance management.​

The ideal customer profile includes medium to large organisations across manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare, utilities and similar industries that have ongoing maintenance requirements for physical assets and equipment.

Through structured prospecting activities, you'll identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities, respond promptly to product-qualified leads, and support business growth by upselling and upgrading existing and potential customers.​

The role involves representing the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and generate new business leads across the region.

This is a flexible role that can be based anywhere in Australia with home working arrangements, with regular travel expected to client sites across ANZ.

The Experience You'll Bring

Recent experience in generating and closing Saas sales using best practice tools and techniques, with strong outbound sales process knowledge and a proven "hunter" mindset.

Experience selling technical solutions with a general technical aptitude, experience specifically with CMMS or CAFM would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.​

You have problem-solving skills and the ability to share knowledge effectively, with excellent written and oral communication skills and a talent for building relationships at all levels.​

Intangibly, you're a tenacious, self-motivated professional with a strong team player mentality and the ability to effectively collaborate with the wider team and customers, even while working remotely.
