We’re now looking for an ambitious Account Executive to lead our customer acquisition efforts and become a key part of our growth story.
About the role
This is a full-cycle SaaS sales role where you’ll prospect, qualify, demo, and close new clinic customers. You’ll work closely with the founding team and be empowered to shape the sales function, messaging, and approach. You’ll also collaborate with product and marketing to help inform roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
You’ll be selling a real product to real people — and helping clinic operators run better businesses that ultimately improve patient care.
What you'll do
• Own the entire sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
• Manage a 1–2 month sales cycle with small to mid-sized clinic operators
• Drive pipeline generation through outbound, inbound follow-up, and partnerships
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
• Align prospects with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and high-fit clinic segments
• Meet and exceed KPIs for meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals closed
• Deliver consultative demos tailored to clinic owners, managers, and clinicians
• Support handoff to Customer Success and onboarding teams post-sale
• Represent DappleCRM at events, webinars, and conferences
• Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams to shape GTM strategy
Who You Are
• 3+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses — ideally in regulated or service-based industries
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline and outreach — you’re proactive and self-driven
• Strong communicator and storyteller — you know how to connect solutions to pain points
• Familiar with metrics like MRR, ARR, CAC, churn, and other SaaS KPIs
• Organised, coachable, and accountable for your own performance
• Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Loom, or Outreach
Bonus Points For:
• Experience in the healthcare, allied health, aesthetics, or telehealth sectors
• A background as a clinician or someone who understands clinical workflows
• Previous startup or scale-up experience where you’ve built or refined sales processes
• Familiarity with privacy/compliance requirements in healthcare (AHPRA, ISO 27001, etc.)
