Venue Manager – Billie’s Bites & Bar

About the Role:

As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall vibe and smooth running of Billie’s. From burgers to beers, you'll make sure the team is delivering top-notch service and keeping the good times rolling. It’s a hands-on role that calls for someone who can lead from the front and keep everything running like clockwork – even when it’s busy. Experience with functions and events is a big plus, as we continue to grow this side of the business.

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations across front-of-house and bar service

Drive a strong, energetic team culture through coaching and support

Oversee rostering, stock control, and venue presentation

Collaborate with marketing and kitchen teams to deliver events and specials

Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and compliance

Bring the energy and set the tone for a lively, welcoming atmosphere

Coordinate and execute functions and group bookings with confidence

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting
✅ Strong leadership with a focus on team morale and smooth operations
✅ Confident in managing both FOH and bar service – bonus if you love burgers and beers
✅ Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in functions and events is highly regarded
✅ Positive, upbeat attitude that matches the Billie’s brand
