We’re on the lookout for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team at an established and growing cocktail bar and rooftop venue. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you’ll work alongside an Operations Manager and Bar Manager, with a skilled team of bartenders already trained and ready to execute world-class service.

-An up-market Latin-influenced rooftop bar with a focus on brown spirits, South American wines, and cigars.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team culture. You’ll have autonomy in running the venue while collaborating with senior management to drive efficiency, growth, and long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver high-end service.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service across both bars.

Manage bookings, reservations, and guest relations, ensuring a premium experience.

Stock control and ordering, working closely with suppliers and the Bar Manager.

Maintain financial oversight, including daily revenue tracking and cost management.

Uphold compliance with liquor licensing and venue safety regulations.

Assist with marketing and events, helping drive revenue and brand presence.

Ensure a positive and professional work environment, fostering team growth and development.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of management experience in a cocktail-focused bar, restaurant or premium venue.
✅ Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-service environment.
✅ Strong financial and operational acumen, including stock control and reporting.
✅ A passion for hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences, and a hands-on leadership approach.
✅ Familiarity with venue compliance, licensing laws, and RSA requirements.
✅ Ability to problem-solve under pressure, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic setting.
