We are currently recruiting for one of our leading client based in Smithfield. They are a manufacturer of branded premium health and natural beauty products and is seeking an experienced gummy manufacturing operator to join their growing team!

You must be detail-oriented, self and team motivated and able to deliver results under pressure. Additionally, you will have to be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues, have a great attention-to-detail, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing conditions.

Pay rate: $70,000 plus superannuation

Location: Smithfield 2164

Shift time: 8:30am to 6:00pm

What we're looking for:

Strong understanding of GMP, TGA regulations, and food safety standards

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in gummy manufacturing within a fast-paced production environment

Familiar with quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements

Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Experience in the food, supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

Good working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required
