Slow Lane Brewing is a family-owned brewery and taproom in Botany, offering a carefully curated selection of beers brewed on-site, alongside wines, cocktails, and spirits. Our kitchen specializes in Neapolitan-style pizzas, featuring house-made, slow-fermented dough, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards and other share plates.
We are expanding our kitchen team and seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a full-time position (4-day work week, Thursday to Sunday).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and service
Develop new pizza recipes and other menu items
Manage food inventory and ordering supplies
Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
Experienced in pizza preparation, including hand-stretched dough techniques
Passionate about high-quality pizza making
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
