We’re looking for a full-time, reliable production all-rounder to join our Sydney team.

You’ll support daily production across DTG, embroidery, and DTF. Initial focus will be on operating the new embroidery heads and managing DTF (printing, cutting, and storage).

Ideal candidates will have experience, or a passion, in apparel and merchandise decoration (DTG, DTF, embroidery, UV, etc.) and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Training is provided locally, or at our US facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Embroidery Machine Operation
Start up up, run, and maintain the embroidery machine
Load designs, threads, and garments with accuracy
Monitor quality throughout production runs

DTF Film Production and Replenishment
Operate DTF printers and cutters
Manage film inventory and storage system
Ensure film stock is ready and replenished for high-volume fulfillment

General Production Support

Assist with DTG printing and Film Pressing
Perform quality control checks across all decoration method

Handle and process inventory in system

Troubleshoot minor issues with machines and escalate when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and materials

Warehouse & Workflow Systems
Follow barcode-based production workflows using our in-house system
Scan and track jobs to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Support inventory counts and stock movement where required

Ideal Candidate:

Experience operating DTG, DTF, embroidery, UV/offset/custom goods machinery

Strong attention to detail and consistency in quality control

Understanding of warehouse systems and production workflows

Able to follow digital work orders, checklists, and schedules

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small yet very fast-moving team
