We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef/Cook to lead the kitchen at our flagship Green Square café in Sydney, New South Wales.

**About the Roles:**
This is a full-time role ideal for someone with strong leadership and culinary experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan menus and help manage food costs and quantities

• Prepare and cook dishes with precision and creativity

• Maintain high standards in food quality and presentation

• Train and support kitchen staff in prep, cooking, and food safety

• Oversee stock ordering and daily kitchen operations

• Collaborate on new dishes and improve existing menu items

• Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

**What We Expect:**
Minimum 1 year of full time work years’ experience in a similar role and a relevant Diploma qualification

• Strong cooking skills and attention to detail

• Confident leader with great communication and team management abilities

• Passion for food, innovation, and working in a fast-paced café setting

• Food safety knowledge and kitchen compliance understanding
