About the Role

This Mobile Lending business are looking for a Mortgage Loan Writer to join their Sydney-based team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service and expert guidance throughout the home loan process—from initial inquiry to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored mortgage advice

Assist with loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth and timely loan approvals

Stay current with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Keep clients informed at every stage of their loan journey

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Experience in mortgages, lending, or financial services—ideally within a banking environment
