The Opportunity: Home Loans Advisor / Mortgage Broker
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Loans Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative, dynamic team that helps our customers navigate the mortgage journey. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, assess their eligibility for home loans, and provide tailored advice and solutions that help them secure the best possible mortgage product.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored home loan advice.
• Assist customers throughout the entire mortgage process, from application to settlement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the internal team to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Support clients with loan applications, refinancing options, and other mortgage-related needs.
• Leverage the new generation LendUs platform to deliver an end to end home loans experience for customers.

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in mortgage broking or lending.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products, lender criteria, and the mortgage broking process.
• Ability to assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in mortgage broking software and CRM systems.
• A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry.
• Qualified with a Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
