Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Advisor/Broker at Finnciti Pty Ltd in Bella Vista, NSW. The Mortgage Advisor/Broker will be responsible for sourcing new clients to Finnciti, conducting discovery meetings, providing expert lending advice & offering appropriate tailored mortgage solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum experience of 2 years in an advisory role offering mortgage solutions.

Required - Certificate IV in Mortgage/Finance Broking. Diploma will be preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of relevant lending regulations and laws

Knowledge of all types of residential loans.

Knowledge of commercial, Asset finance, business and SMSF loans will be preferred

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:

Meeting clients to determine the specific financial requirements of clients, researching, comparing and proposing suitable finance lending products to meet their requirements

Analysing clients' financial status, discussing financial options and developing financial lending strategies.

Explaining loan features, terms and repayment obligations.

arranging home loan mortgages and other types of finance for clients through banks, lenders and financiers.

Prepare and submit client’s documents and loan applications to lenders.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to lending guidelines and other regulations.

Providing ongoing support to clients after loan settlement.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for future prospective business.
