About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at House of Finance as an Experienced Loan Processor / Mortgage Broker Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our Mortgage Brokers, ensuring a seamless and efficient loan application process for our clients. This full-time role is based in our either Parramatta or Fairfield office.

What you'll be doing

Processing loan applications and supporting Mortgage Brokers through the entire loan lifecycle

Gathering and collating all necessary documentation from clients

Liaising with lenders, valuers, and other third parties to progress loan applications

Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan application process

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and loan files

Assisting Mortgage Brokers with administrative tasks and general office duties

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Loan Processor or Mortgage Broker Assistant

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and third parties

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office applications

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for clients

Knowledge of mortgage and lending products, regulations, and compliance requirements
