About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Mortgage Broker to join our ambitious team at Be Wealthy Partners Pty Ltd. As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by guiding them through the complexities of the mortgage process. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney CBD office.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
• Researching and analysing the mortgage market to identify the most suitable loan products for each client
• Preparing loan applications and supporting documentation on behalf of clients
• Negotiating with lenders to secure the best possible terms and rates for clients
• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and other industry partners
• Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to clients throughout the loan process
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, policies and market trends
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar role within the banking/finance industry
• Strong knowledge of the Australian mortgage market, including loan products, policies and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant industry qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
