MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT / LOAN PROCESSOR - EXPERIENCED

We are a successful mortgage broking company, looking for an experienced loan processor / mortgage broker assistant.

This is a dynamic role paying a wage of $65,000 - $85,000 depending on the applicants experience.

This role is with a view for the person to move into a Mortgage Broking role

The Role

Assist the Mortgage Broker with administrative tasks

Prepare and submit mortgage application

Analyze and sort documentation

Liaise with clients, banks and legal professionals during the finance process

Completion of all compliance requirements

Work autonomously

Build long term relationships with clients and business referral partners

Skills and Experience

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking or Finance (Not required but would be an advantage)

Prior experience as a loan processor or mortgage broker assistant

Great time management skills

Self motivated and tenacious

Excellent communication and customer service

Ability to work in a fast paced environment but maintain accuracy

Ambition to work as a mortgage broker
