Digiwhiz is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity for growth and development within our expanding organization.

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Availability to work part-time hours, [mention specific days and hours if applicable].
• Must be based in Melbourne and eligible to work in Australia.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target organisations.
• Deliver compelling pitches to generate interest in our services.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
