In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for their exciting journey in property sales.

Your goal is to establish a connection that leads to meetings with our seasoned consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from various lead sources.

Schedule 5-10 high-quality appointments per day, prioritising quality over quantity.

Build and nurture relationships with prospects over time.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the team and provide feedback on lead quality and appointment outcomes.

Commit to 5 days per week in our Midland WA office

What You’ll Need:

Solid experience on the phone with strong communication skills to engage diverse clients.

Previous experience in making high-volume outbound calls or as an Appointment Setter.

Self-motivation with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work within our dynamic and ambitious remote team environment.

Ability to meet targets for booked appointments and contribute to overall team goals.

Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential.
