Your Ideal Qualifications:

1+ years of Call Centre/Sales experience/Cold calling experience

Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role

Retired personnel, housewives, International students, native language speaking from any part of Victoria / Australia or Overseas are encouraged to apply with excellent English speaking and communication skills are encouraged to apply

Infectious energy and charisma that draw people in Exceptional sales and negotiation process.

Prior experience in results-driven settings: direct sales, B2B sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or other target-based roles

A dedicated, noise-free home office with a fast internet connection
Resilient "Can Do, Will Do" spirit with an optimistic and cheerful outlook

Solar experience is beneficial.

Excellent phone etiquette.

Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

Persuasive and results-oriented
