Job Title: Appointment Setter - Casual (Part Time hours available)

Job Description:

As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting NSW homeowners using our company database to book Obligation Free Solar Assessments with the homeowner. Your main responsibility is to set up qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound cold calling

Qualifying and setting appointments

Achieving and exceeding KPIs

Apply objection handling techniques

Basic computer skills required

Skills and Experience:

Experience in sales and/or customer service is highly regarded but not essential

Previous outbound call center experience is highly desired

Excellent communication skills and rapport building skills

Strong desire in achieving & exceeding KPI's

Professional telephone manner

Ability to provide amazing customer service
