We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Appointment Setter for our Facebook Ads + Creative agency!

This is a part-time hourly plus generous commission role. You will be responsible for cold calling a list of leads and setting appointments with eCommerce brands who have the need, intent and budget for our services.

Remuneration

• You will receive a bonus for every appointment set
• You will receive commission for every appointment that leads to a sale
• The commission is a percent of the clients monthly retainer for 6-months
• Our retainers are $3k-$8k a month depending on the clients needs
• You have the opportunity to earn a substantial amount of money in commission
• We're looking for elite, highly-talented and results-driven individuals—and are willing to pay accordingly

What You'll Do:

✅ Cold call a list of leads
✅ Gather information and vet the leads
✅ Handle objections and highlight our value
✅ Schedule appointments with potential clients
✅ Relentlessly follow up with leads, only stopping once you've made contact
✅ Update the CRM so everything is tracked and analysed

Requirements & Skills

1. Minimum 3+ years of cold calling and appointment setting experience
2. You WILL NOT receive a lot of training, we're looking for the finished product
3. Must be incredibly comfortable and confident on the phone
4. High-energy and comfortable making high-volume calls
5. Strong communication skills and ability to engage potential clients
6. Organised and motivated to succeed in a results-driven role
