Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information to determine potential interest.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to confirm meeting times.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions .
Meet daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth handover of scheduled appointments.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with prospects.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and remain motivated to meet targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with making cold calls and managing rejection.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
