About the role:

Hudson Recruitment are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the exciting 6-month build of a new community pool. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a significant project that will benefit the local community.

About the Project:

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community pool construction project, from initial planning through to completion and handover. This includes:

• Overseeing contractors and consultants.
• Managing project budgets and timelines.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder and community management and communication.
• Risk management and problem-solving.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within local councils
• Proven experience building public or large private pools
• Experience working in regional communities
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Location & Flexibility:

This role is based in North West NSW. We are open to candidates who are willing to:

• Relocate: For the duration of the 6-month contract.
• Work a Flexible Roster: Commuting to the site on a regular roster basis (e.g., fly-in/fly-out or drive-in/drive-out). Please specify your preferred arrangement in your application.
