The Role
The Change Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic change management initiatives associated with the IT upgrade project. This role involves managing the transition process to ensure that staff and departments across the organisation successfully adopt the new technologies, including Windows 11 and Office 365. The Change Manager will play a critical role in guiding both clinical and administrative teams through the change, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and aligning the adoption process with organisational objectives. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be essential for driving a smooth and efficient transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the change management strategy for the IT upgrade.

Your Profie
The ideal candidate has the following experience:
- Previous experience managing IT migrations (software or infrastructure).
- Familiarity with PROSCI and Prince2 project management methodology.
- Strong background in large IT projects, ideally in healthcare or similar organisations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work flexibly in dynamic environments.
- Collaborative leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
