About the role:

• This role is responsible for managing the planning and schedule of the Strategic Projects Program (SPP). This includes overseeing the program-level schedule and ensuring the individual project schedules (GIS, DMS, SAP) are on track. Schedules for all SPP projects have been compiled into the comprehensive Program schedule.

Responsabilities:

• Proven experience using Microsoft Project to schedule complex projects and programs, with access through Project Online.
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule that outlines all tasks, task owners, dependencies, durations, key milestones, deliverables, and due dates.
• Monitoring the progress of all tasks in the project schedule and coordinating with team leads, managers, and vendor partners to identify and address any tasks that are falling behind schedule.
• Support resource capacity planning across the project using the capabilities of MS Project Online.
• Generate weekly progress curves using a recognized methodology, such as Earned Value Analysis.
• Contributing key inputs to the weekly project status report.
• Contributing to project status reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience an highly proficient in using MS Project to plan and maintain project schedules
• Experience in large-scale IT projects, where you were responsible for developing and managing the project schedule.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Prince2, or similar.
